Varangal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s comments on Telangana Chief Minister KCR during his visit to Varangal have sparked a strong reaction from State Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao. He made a special statement about him in the US. He accused Modi of showing bias against Telangana since taking office as Prime Minister.

Critics have questioned whether he came for development purposes or for political reasons. What has he done for Telangana? Without mentioning what they did for Varangal, they questioned if it was to target KCR. They also alleged that Modi has established the Ripper factory in Kajipet with an investment of 20 crores in Gujarat, without any announcement.

They criticized the establishment of the Tribal University in Varangal without any consultation. They also questioned what the government has done for the Ukkukaramgaar village in Mahbubabad district. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the awards given in Delhi, which are tarnishing the image of the Telangana government. They also pointed out that development has taken place in Telangana only due to CM KCR’s efforts and criticized the renaming of schemes without any proper reason.

The Modi government has been accused of neglecting the development of Telangana. It was claimed that only 2 lakh jobs were created per year. Demand was made to disclose what Modi did at the Bhadrakali temple. They demanded an explanation for the establishment of Kakatiya Mega Textile Park by CM KCR. They accused the government of privatizing institutions in the name of profits, without considering the welfare of the people.

Minister Errabelli demanded the release of the White Paper on the development of Telangana, which was promised by the central government.
