N Balram, Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), received the National Level Triple IE ‘Performance Excellence Award 2024’. The award was presented at the 24th National Level Chief Executive Officers Conference in Mussoorie. Balram’s representative accepted the award on his behalf.
Under Balram’s leadership, SCCL achieved record coal production and transportation of 700 lakh tons in the fiscal year 2023-2024. The company also achieved a turnover of Rs 35,700 crore during this time. Balram credited the hard work of the company’s leaders and workers for these accomplishments.
Additionally, SCCL received the Performance Excellence Award for its outstanding work in the business area. Balram’s focus on boosting output and productivity has led to these achievements. He emphasized that the awards are a result of the collective efforts of the organization’s workers.
