Many Anantapur cadre and missing seniors disappointed by TDP-JSP's first list

In TADEPALLI, some Kapu leaders were upset about the 13.7 percent seat share that Pawan Kalyan asked for from TDP. Meanwhile, several TDP leaders were disappointed after their names were left out of the first list of candidates released on Saturday.

Former Tenali MLA Alapati Rajendraprasad was shocked when he did not receive a nomination, as the seat went to Nadendla Manohar of Jana Sena. The list also did not include seniors like Gorantla Buchaiah Choudhary, Deveineni Umamaheswara Rao, and others who were expecting nominations.

Buchaiah Choudhary expressed confidence that he would be nominated in the next list. In other areas like Kalyana Durgam and Rayachoti, TDP cadres protested against the nominations made by the party.

While TDP cadres hoped for a change in the next list, JSP cadres were disappointed as their boss, Pawan Kalyan, did not declare many names. Pawan Kalyan’s elder brother Naga Babu’s name was also missing from the list.

Minister for Housing Jogi Ramesh commented that the list released on Saturday showed that YSRCP would win all 175 seats because the TDP-JSP alliance struggled to release a comprehensive list of candidates. In West Godavari district, seven candidates were announced but none were nominated by JSP, leaving some leaders disappointed.
