Manish Sisodia, former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, was arrested for alleged corruption related to the Delhi Excise policy scam. He was allowed to meet his ailing wife at their home by the Delhi High Court on Friday. He can only meet his wife from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and cannot meet anyone outside of his family or talk to the media. The court also told him to stay away from cell phones and the internet. Sisodia had asked for bail due to his wife’s medical condition, but his request was previously denied. The CBI and ED have filed charge sheets against him.
