Dr. Mallu Ravi explained that the program was organized with the help of public sector representatives and local NGOs. It aimed to guide marginalized groups, such as SC, ST, BC, and others, towards job opportunities. The main goal was to inform the participants about various welfare schemes from the Central and State governments and show how these schemes could help in creating jobs.

Dr. Ravi mentioned that efforts are underway to set up industries in the region, as there is currently a lack of medium and large-scale industries. He also announced the creation of a Skill Development Centre, funded through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
