Former legislator Banot Madan Lal, the BRS candidate from Wyra constituency, praised Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his efforts in improving the welfare of all communities in Telangana. Madan Lal attended the Indiranagar Colony Aathmiyula Sammelan in the 14th ward, organized by Councillor Dr Kotayya.
During the event, Madan Lal highlighted the higher population of Dalits in Wyra and Konijarla mandals. He expressed his intention to propose these mandals for a Dalit Bandhu pilot project after discussing it with Chief Minister KCR.
Madan Lal urged party workers to visit every household and explain the accomplishments and welfare programs initiated by the BRS government. He promised that once the BRS government is formed, fine rice (Sanna Biyyam) would be provided to those with white ration cards. He also mentioned the Saubhagya Lakshmi scheme, which would focus on women’s development.
In addition, Madan Lal questioned whether people preferred a KCR government that prioritizes their welfare or a Congress government known for anti-farmer policies. He highlighted the positive impact of Rythu Bandhu on the agriculture sector and how Rythu Bima benefited farming families.
