Property owners facing issues with the Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) 2020 can now raise their concerns on the LRS 2020 portal https://lrs.telangana.gov.in/ and expect a resolution within 24 hours. Those experiencing problems related to fee calculation, delays in field inspections, payment errors, or other technical issues are advised to submit a grievance online for faster processing.

New Document Upload Option for Prohibited/FTL Cases
While the grievance system works for most LRS-related issues, applicants whose status shows “Fee Not Intimated (FTL/Prohibited)” have so far been unable to proceed. However, as per the LRS helpdesk, an option to upload supporting documents for such cases is being introduced, and a few applications have already started showing this feature.
For those marked prohibited, one of the key supporting documents could be a letter from the Registrar’s Office confirming that the survey number is not under the prohibited category. However, in court-related cases, the supporting documents required may vary based on the reason for prohibition.
Visit Your Municipal Office for More Information
Applicants who are still unclear about their LRS status are advised to visit their respective municipal offices and consult the LRS helpdesk for further clarification. The government aims to streamline the regularization process and ensure that genuine applicants can complete their applications without delays.
