Delhi LG VK Saxena and CM Arvind Kejriwal reviewed the site at Vikas Bhawan, ITO, where a drain regulator has been damaged. Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj informed the LG that he requested the NDRF last night, but they arrived today. The LG emphasized the need for teamwork instead of blaming each other. He mentioned the importance of stopping the fast flow of the Yamuna river.

CM Arvind Kejriwal explained that the water regulator at Indraprastha was damaged due to the high flow of the Yamuna river. Restoration may take three to four hours. Water entered the city due to the damage, affecting areas near ITO and Rajghat. Engineers and staff worked throughout the night to repair it. The water level is now receding.

Kejriwal mentioned that floods caused water to enter the pump room and machinery, resulting in a water delivery outage. The machinery cannot be operated until the water level is lowered and dried.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar stated that the current flood is a natural calamity caused by heavy rain in hilly areas. He informed Kejriwal that they can only manage a limited amount of water in the barrage. Khattar also mentioned that Haryana was affected first before Delhi.

Congress leader Pawan Kheda criticized Kejriwal for failing to clean the drains and blaming others. Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi targeted the Aam Aadmi Party, accusing them of not serving the city and blaming others instead of working.

Overall, the focus is on the need for teamwork, stopping the flow of the Yamuna river, repairing the damaged regulator, and addressing the water delivery outage.
