BRS leaders protested at the GHMC office in Hyderabad on Wednesday, demanding that the government not collect fees for the LRS. The party called for protests at district headquarters and in the city against the proposed LRS by the Congress government.

During the protest near the office, BRS leaders, including MLAs, MLCs, and corporators, raised slogans against the government’s decision to collect fees. They pointed out that when a similar scheme was proposed by the previous BRS government, Congress leaders accused them of exploiting the people. The BRS leaders stated that the LRS would burden people with Rs 20,000 crore.
