TiE Hyderabad has launched the 5th edition of TiE Women 2024, a program that helps women entrepreneurs connect with mentors, investors, and funding opportunities globally. Startups with a female founder or co-founder owning at least 33% can apply, as long as they are beyond the idea stage and not older than seven years. The application is free and can be accessed on TiE Women’s website.
TiE Women 2024 is a key initiative of TiE Hyderabad, working with 60 chapters worldwide to support and empower women entrepreneurs through various benefits like investor connections, mentoring, networking, and EDP sessions. Each chapter selects a woman entrepreneur to participate in a Global Pitch Competition, which will be held in Bangalore at the TiE Global Summit in December 2024.
Neetika Maheshwari, CEO of Accelero Corporation and Chapter Lead for the program, emphasized the importance of the TiE Women program in empowering women founders. She highlighted the commitment to providing women entrepreneurs with resources, mentorship, and investment opportunities to help them succeed.
