Mancherial: A large protest rally took place in Mancherial district on Wednesday. The rally stretched from IB Chowrasta to Bellampally Chowrasta and was led by student associations, private degree and PG college owners, along with students.
The protesters highlighted the severe difficulties students are facing because scholarships have not been paid for the past three years. They urged the government to take immediate action and release the pending scholarships.
Vamsi Krishna, Youth President of BRSV from the Mancherial Constituency, demanded the immediate release of the fee reimbursement funds that have been delayed across the state. He stated that students are suffering due to this delay and called on the government to release the outstanding amount of Rs. 7,500 crore to ensure justice for the students.
