The BRS leaders are working hard to make Minister K T Rama Rao’s visit to Warangal a success. During his visit, KTR will launch development projects worth around Rs 900 crore, including the model bus station in Hanumakonda. He will also speak at a public meeting in Fort Warangal.
With the Assembly election notification expected in a week, the sitting MLAs of Warangal West and East, D Vinay Bhaskar and Nannapuneni Narender, want to showcase the development achieved during KTR’s visit.
The police have issued a traffic advisory for residents due to KTR’s visit. Traffic restrictions will be in place in Warangal-Hanumakonda-Kazipet from 9 am to 8 pm. Heavy vehicles from Mulugu, Bhupalpally, and Parkal will be diverted to the outer ring road. Buses from Mulugu and Parkal will go to Hanumakonda bus station via Peddammagadda, KUC, Ambedkar Junction, and Asian Sridevi Mall.
Buses heading to Mulugu and Karimnagar from Hanumakonda bus station should go via Asian Sridevi Mall, Ambedkar Centre, and KUC. Buses heading to Narsampet, Kothagudem, Bhadrachalam, Thorrur, and Khammam will go via Balasamudram, Adalat, and Hunter Road. Buses from Warangal bus station to Hanumakonda will travel via Chintal Bridge, Rangasaipet, Naidu Petrol Pump, Urs Gutta, Adalat Centre, and Balasamudram.
