Former Minister and BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) held an important meeting with Hyderabad’s BRS public representatives on Monday. During the meeting, he criticized the Congress party, stating that they had failed to address the city’s problems. KTR claimed that under Congress governance, Hyderabad had turned into a “hub of problems.”
KTR emphasized that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is committed to supporting the poor until the Congress fulfills its election promises. He said, “BRS will continue to fight for the rights of the marginalized and hold the Congress accountable for its unfulfilled assurances.”
Highlighting the party’s role in Telangana’s progress, KTR declared that it is the BRS’s responsibility to protect the state’s growth. “The responsibility of protecting Telangana’s growth engine lies with the BRS, and we will ensure its momentum is not disrupted,” he stated.
The meeting also discussed urban challenges and ways to strengthen the party’s presence in Hyderabad. KTR’s remarks underscored the BRS’s determination to act as a protector of Telangana’s development and the welfare of its people.
