Hyderabad: On Friday, IT and MA&UD Minister KT Rama Rao attended the foundation stone laying ceremony for India’s Daifuku and Nicomac Taikisha companies in Chandanvelli of Rangareddy district. He laid the foundation stone for the construction of the factories of these two companies.
During his speech, Minister KT Rama Rao mentioned that every time they visit Japan, they learn something new. Despite having limited natural resources, Japan has become a remarkable country. Japan has faced numerous challenges from natural disasters.
The Minister also highlighted the presence of Japanese products in every household in India. He expressed his belief that these two companies, with the start of their factory construction, will achieve great success in the future.
He further informed that these companies will invest Rs 575 crore and create 1,600 direct jobs. They have also committed to providing jobs for locals by adopting the local ITI. Additionally, the companies will provide necessary training for these upcoming jobs.
Minister KT Rama Rao acknowledged that Chandanvelli is attracting large-scale companies due to the cooperation from local leaders and people. This region is becoming the most important industrial area in Telangana.
To attract more investment from Japan, Minister KT Rama Rao requested necessary cooperation from the Japanese Consulate. He also mentioned their readiness to set up a cluster in Chandanvelli exclusively for Japanese companies if needed.
Minister KT Rama Rao emphasized that the Telangana government granted permission to these two companies based on their accuracy and performance, similar to Japanese companies. He assured that the government will continue to perform effectively in the future as well.
