KT Rama Rao, the working president of BRS, stated that he is not involved in the phone-tapping issue. He challenged CM A Ravanth Reddy to investigate from 2004 onwards. Rao emphasized this during a press conference at Telangana Bhavan.

Rao made it clear that he had no part in the phone-tapping matter. He mentioned that despite allegations from Congress leaders, he is not afraid because he has not engaged in any illegal activities. He also issued legal notices to minister Konda Surekha and two other Congress leaders.
