KT Rama Rao Challenges Revanth Reddy to Address People's Issues in Assembly

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Tuesday challenged Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to hold Assembly sessions for at least 15 days. He urged the sessions to focus on discussing key issues affecting the people of Telangana, such as problems faced by farmers, weavers, auto drivers, and Gurukul schools, before turning attention to topics like the Formula E race controversy.

KTR made these remarks during a meeting with activists and leaders from the Kodangal Assembly constituency at Telangana Bhavan. He emphasized that governance should prioritize addressing the public’s concerns, not spend hours in cabinet meetings discussing the arrest of individuals.

The BRS leader expressed confidence in former MLA Narender Reddy, describing him as someone who has consistently stood by the people of Kodangal. “Narender Reddy will emerge as an iron man and will eventually defeat Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Our victory march will begin from Lagacharla. The downfall of Revanth Reddy has started,” KTR declared.

KTR also criticized Revanth Reddy, stating that he is not on the same level as BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao. He assured that the BRS would fully support the Lagacharla farmers and party leader Patnam Narender Reddy in their legal battles. “The arguments for their bail have been completed, and I am confident we will receive justice in court tomorrow,” he added.

Furthermore, KTR challenged Revanth Reddy to prioritize employment generation by setting up industries. “If Revanth Reddy is truly committed to creating jobs, he should establish industries on the 500 acres of land in Veldanda and provide employment opportunities,” he demanded.
