He highlighted that the Delhi government provided admission and counseling to 150 students from Manipur affected by violence. Kejriwal also addressed power cuts in other parts of the country, stating that India cannot become a global leader if such long outages persist. He attributed power cuts to mismanagement and lack of vision, contrasting it with Delhi’s 24×7 power supply.

Kejriwal lamented the poor condition of government schools in the country and emphasized that quality education for every child is crucial for India to become a global leader. He proposed an expenditure of Rs 6 lakh crore over five years to improve government schools and Rs 1.20 lakh crore per year for the 17 crore children in the country.

The Chief Minister discussed criticism he receives for providing various facilities free of cost. He presented the choice between providing free electricity or loan waivers to multi-millionaires, stating that access to good education can uplift the poor and make India prosperous.

Kejriwal stressed the importance of good healthcare for India’s progress and mentioned the need for Rs 10,000 crore to open one lakh mohalla clinics across the country. He estimated an expenditure of Rs 2 lakh crore for providing free healthcare to all citizens.

Regarding the recent law on administrative services in Delhi, Kejriwal mentioned the loss of democratic rights for the people of Delhi. He assured them that he would fight to regain their rights and continue providing good education and healthcare facilities, even if the process slows down.
