The BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao will resume his campaign after 8 pm on Friday, following the end of a 48-hour ban imposed by the Election Commission. KCR had to cancel his roadshow at Kothagudem on Thursday due to the ban.
Rao managed to finish his bus yatra just 30 minutes before the ban period started. The ban will be in effect until 8 pm the next day.
According to party leaders, KCR will hold a road show at Ramagundam on May 3 after 8 pm. Subsequently, road shows are planned for Mancherial on May 4, Jagityal on May 5, Nizamabad on May 6, Kamareddy on May 7, Medak on May 8, and Karimnagar on May 9. The yatra will conclude with a road show in Siddipet and a public meeting in Sircilla on May 10.
