KCR Following NTR’s Footsteps, Contesting from 2 Constituencies in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: BRS chief KCR plans to contest from two constituencies, Gajwel and Kamareddy, following in the footsteps of NTR. KCR wants to prove his leadership in all of Telangana. However, this decision has given the Opposition an opportunity to campaign against KCR, claiming that he fears losing from Gajwel and is therefore contesting from Kamareddy.

BRS leaders defend KCR’s decision, stating that it is meant to strengthen his daughter Kavitha’s political position in the upcoming elections. Kavitha has been involved in political affairs and developmental works in both the Nizamabad and Kamareddy constituencies.

Opposition leaders argue that since BJP leader E Rajendar expressed his readiness to contest from Gajwel, the political dynamics have been changing in KCR’s constituency. The BJP and Congress are making efforts to challenge KCR in Gajwel.

Overall, KCR’s decision to contest from two seats has sparked a political battle, with both the BRS and the Opposition preparing for a tough fight in the upcoming elections.
