The TDP MP, Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar, strongly condemned the illegal arrest of his party chief, Chandrababu Naidu, by the AP CID police in Nandyal of Kurnool District. He called it a cowardly act and said it created a tense atmosphere and an unspoken emergency in the state.
Kumar believes that the public will teach those responsible a lesson for their reprehensible actions. He criticized Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy for these arrests and said they are a result of lawlessness.
The TDP will take legal action and Kumar called on everyone who believes in democracy to condemn Naidu’s arrest.
