JP Nadda and PM Modi to visit Hyderabad; Nadda arriving today and Modi scheduled for April 8th

In the coming weeks, Hyderabad is set to welcome two prominent leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president JP Nadda. Their visits come shortly after Home Minister Amit Shah’s recent trip to Bidar district, during which he was briefed on the political developments in the state by TS BJP leaders.

According to sources within the State BJP, JP Nadda is scheduled to arrive in Hyderabad on March 31. He will begin his visit by inaugurating the party office in Sangareddy and virtually inaugurating party offices in several other districts. Later in the day, he will interact with party activists and key leaders.

Prime Minister Modi is expected to visit Hyderabad on April 8 to flag off the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express from Secunderabad station. He will also lay the foundation for the re-development and modernisation of Secunderabad station on the same day. While his itinerary has not been confirmed, it is likely that he will attend two additional programmes that were postponed during his previous proposed visit to the city.

The visits of these two high-profile BJP leaders are significant for the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and are expected to generate considerable interest among party activists and supporters.
