JNTU Hyderabad recently hosted two online events. The first was a one-week short-term course on “Soft Skills and Professional Excellence.” The second was a refresher course focused on “Artificial Intelligence-Based Innovations in Drug Discovery and Development.” These events kicked off on Monday.
About 150 participants joined the sessions virtually. During the inauguration, JNTUH Vice-Chancellor B Venkatesham emphasized the importance of developing soft skills for professional growth. He noted that these skills play a crucial role in building a successful career.
Additionally, Venkatesham talked about the recent trends in using artificial intelligence for drug discovery. He explained that these AI-driven methods are becoming more cost-effective and user-friendly, which is changing the landscape of drug development.
