The Collector visited Bhimuni Gudem, Tribal Welfare Girls’ High School in Dammapet, Ashwaraopet mandal, and Ankampalem. He had lunch with the students and checked the food served. He emphasized the need for headmasters, principals, and wardens to monitor the health of students returning from summer vacation.
Changes in children’s health due to climate and location should be monitored. Any sick child should receive immediate medical attention. Schools must provide facilities like toilets, fresh water, and electricity to ensure students’ well-being, especially during the rainy season.
The Collector inspected classrooms and teaching methods, expressing dissatisfaction with incomplete questions asked by subject teachers. He stressed the importance of asking questions that all students can understand. Local staff should be employed in Gurukula schools, with strict action against those who do not comply.
