The state government has announced the formation of judicial commissions to investigate alleged multi-crore scams in the construction of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme (KLIS) and Yadadri and Bhadradri thermal power projects. The commissions have 100 days to submit their reports.
Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose will investigate the alleged misuse of funds in the Kaleshwaram LI scheme, while Justice L Narasimha Reddy will look into the construction of the thermal power projects. These projects were built at a cost of over Rs 2 lakh crore by the previous government. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy made this announcement during a Cabinet meeting in Hyderabad.

New white ration cards will be distributed to eligible families soon, with a review of white ration cards and Aarogyasri cards also planned.
