A five-month-old baby in Hyderabad died after being attacked by stray dogs. The incident happened while the baby was sleeping in a hut in Vinoba Nagar. The baby’s parents, who are daily wage laborers, had left for work when the attack occurred. When they returned home in the evening, they found their baby crying in a pool of blood with severe injuries. The baby was immediately taken to the hospital but unfortunately passed away on Monday.

Police reported that three stray dogs approached the hut and one of them went inside and bit the baby on the face and forehead. Following the incident, around 20 stray dogs in the area were caught and checked to see if they had been sterilized. All of them had already been sterilized and were released back into the area.

The incident has caused fear among the residents of Vinoba Nagar, who are now afraid to leave their homes. They say that stray dogs often chase bikes and cars in nearby areas, leading to accidents. They are particularly concerned about the safety of children and women who are being attacked and killed by stray dogs.

Residents have complained about the dog menace in the area before, but no action has been taken. They feel that the population of stray dogs has been increasing over the years and claim that it is endangering the lives of children.
