Hyderabad: The State Government is working to improve job opportunities for unemployed youth by strengthening skill training programs. According to Sanjay Kumar, State Special Chief Secretary to the Labour, Employment, Training, and Factories Department, the government is focusing on upgrading Industrial Training Institutions (ITIs) and involving private companies in their management.
To support this initiative, the State Government, in collaboration with the Centre for Good Governance (CGG), organized an Industrial Roundtable Conference on the retail sector. The theme of the conference was “Skilling Telangana for a Brighter Future.”
During the event, participants discussed important topics such as the current skill training programs for youth in the retail sector, future improvements in skilling, and the overall social and economic impact.
