Hyderabad Launches New Initiative to Protect Public Assets
The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRA) has started a new program to safeguard government properties such as lakes, parks, and nalas. As part of this effort, HYDRA will hold a public grievance forum every Monday at Buddha Bhavan. Citizens can attend these sessions to directly submit complaints.
This initiative is designed to tackle encroachments and other problems affecting public assets. Residents are encouraged to report illegal activities or issues related to lakes, parks, nalas, and other government-owned properties.
By providing a platform for people to voice their concerns, HYDRA aims to promote transparency and take quick action against violations. The agency’s goal is to protect public resources and maintain Hyderabad’s ecological balance. The first public grievance session will take place next Monday, where senior officials will be present to hear complaints and address concerns.
