The Telangana Civil Society has praised Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for his decision to name the Telangana Secretariat after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the author of the Indian Constitution, and for installing a statue of Baba Saheb Ambedkar in the city. During a Thanksgiving program to CM KCR, Professor Sukhadeo Thorat, former Chairman of UGC, appreciated K. Chandrashekar Rao for honoring Ambedkar’s vision and aspirations in the Telangana State. Allam Narayana, Press Academy Chairman, stated that KCR had made Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s dream of “one language and one state” come true by implementing ideals mentioned in the constitution. K. Madhav Rao, former chief secretary, praised KCR for bringing all core values of humans on one platform, which was the vision of Bharat Saheb Ambedkar. Delhi Vasant, Founder of Gramodaya Chamber of Commerce & Technology, compared Baba Sahed Ambedkar to Albert Einstein and proposed auctioning Dr. Ambedkar’s thesis “Problem of Rupee” to globalize the doctrine of the problem of Rupee. Suresh Benjamin, Chairman of Saint Paul’s institutions, made an initial bid of Rs one crore, and the process will continue for six months with invitations to different national heads and business heads.
