One important rule is the mandatory installation of CCTV cameras at all event venues. The police also made it clear that indecent or obscene dances will not be allowed during the festivities. In addition, outdoor loudspeakers must be turned off after 10 PM to comply with noise pollution regulations.

Bars and pubs have been instructed to strictly deny entry to minors. The authorities are also cracking down on drug use at events. They warned that anyone found using or supplying narcotics will face severe legal action.
