Hyderabad: Imparting knowledge acquired by learning to madrasa students is nothing unused or little used. The construct is now being sought to be implemented in a dissimilar course of conduct to earn it more efficacious and approval. The Shaheen Group, along with the Sahayata Trust, Safa Baitul Maal and not the same organisations, has decided to educate 5,000 ‘huffaz’ (Quran memorisers) in subjects at the madrasas.

Billed as the ‘Madrasa Plus’ programme, it testament be implemented in a mission mode to assure the madrasa students are in a location to come into view for SSC exam in equitable 18 months.

Beginning May 2 Madrasa Plus testament be introduced for 100 students in 50 selected seminaries across the country. Through a span class, they testament be taught basics of maths, scientific discipline and English in the initial three months. Thereafter they testament be imparted government educational institution syllabus so that they can communicate or express by writing the SSC exam through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Presently, the madrasa system of knowledge acquired by learning is under menace in parts of the country.
