BJP leaders from Gadwal district gathered to welcome the chariot carrying the sacred yantra. Temple priests conducted special rituals to show reverence for this holy object.

BJP district president Ramachandra Reddy honored Sri Ramachandran, who is the religious ambassador of Northern India from Kanchi Peeth. Along with him, Yantra Priest Shivaram, who was also accompanying the chariot, was given special respect.

This Sri Rama Yantra is a newly created version based on a 500-year-old design. The original yantra was destroyed in Ayodhya, and the blueprint was preserved at Kanchi Peeth. Under the guidance of Sri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswati, the head of Kanchi Peeth, a new yantra was created, and it is now being taken to Ayodhya. After a 45-day journey, the yantra will be installed in the Ram Temple sanctum in Ayodhya following a grand ritual known as “Sahasra Chandi.”
