The Telangana High Court has given relief to BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) MLA Patnam Narender Reddy, who is currently in jail. The court has allowed him to stay in a special barrack in Cherlapalli jail. This decision was made after a petition was filed on his behalf.
Narender Reddy had asked to be kept away from other inmates due to security concerns and other reasons. After reviewing the request, the court directed the jail authorities to provide him with a separate barrack, ensuring he is isolated from other prisoners.
In addition to this, the court has also allowed Narender Reddy to receive home-cooked food while he is in prison.
This decision is considered a relief for the MLA, who is in judicial custody in connection with a case.
