Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Friday reviewed the quash petition submitted by Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) in the Formula-E race case. During the hearing, the court decided to extend its earlier directive not to arrest KTR until December 31. The case was subsequently adjourned to the same date for further proceedings.
In response to the previous High Court order, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a counter-affidavit in the case. The ACB requested the court to cancel the existing order that prevents KTR’s arrest. Until the next hearing on December 31, the interim order remains in effect.
