Hyderabad: Harley’s India, famous for its artisan cakes and specialty coffee, is planning to create the world’s largest Russian Medovik Honey Cake. This massive dessert will weigh 3,000 kilograms and measure 7 feet by 70 feet, making it 10 times bigger than the previous record set by Spinneys Dubai.

The Medovik Honey Cake is a special dessert made with pure honey, creamy cheese, and butter. This ambitious project is a tribute to Harley’s loyal customers, whose trust has helped the brand grow. “This is more than just a record-breaking attempt—it’s a celebration of our journey and the people who made it possible,” said Suresh Naik, CEO of Harley’s India.

The event will take place on December 6, 2024, at the Maaya Convention Center in Hyderabad. It will begin at 3 PM and will feature live entertainment, baking demonstrations, and opportunities for attendees to sample the cake.
