The Health Minister T Harish Rao spoke at the Karmika Yuddhabheri programme in Hanumakonda on Wednesday. He praised the Chief Whip D Vinay Bhaskar for organizing the event and said that KCR is the only leader who works for the welfare of the working class. Harish mentioned that the KCR government pays outsourcing employees salaries equivalent to State employees, but accused the Centre of trying to sell public sector units to corporate houses at cheap prices.
Vinay Bhaskar stated that BJP-led Centre is not considering the rights of the working class and that the four Labour Codes are harmful to their interests. He also talked about the need to look into the welfare of labourers working in the unorganised sector.
Other officials present at the event included Minister for Panchayat Raj Errabelli Dayakar Rao, MP Pasunuri Dayakar, legislators Kadiyam Srihari, Aroori Ramesh, Pochampally Srinivas Reddy, mayor Gundu Sudharani and TS Vikalangula Corporation chairman K Vasudeva Reddy.
