T Harish Rao, a senior BRS leader and former minister, criticized party members who left for being opportunistic and power-hungry. He spoke at a meeting in Dubbak with BRS leaders from the Medak Parliamentary Constituency, acknowledging the tough times the party is facing.
Despite the challenges, Harish Rao assured everyone that the party would not be greatly affected by the departure of its most loyal members. He compared the departing leaders to falling leaves during shedding season, saying they are replaceable. While some leaders may be joining other parties, Harish Rao noted that the core group of workers remains dedicated to the BRS.
