The evaluation of class 10th exam answer sheets began in Nagarkurnool. District Education Officer Govinda Rajulu oversaw the process at Little Flower School. The evaluation will continue until the 10th of the month.
A total of 1,53,753 answer sheets from various districts have been received in Nagarkurnool, with 4,864 sheets evaluated on the first day by 765 appointed teachers. The DEO ensured all necessary facilities were provided, including drinking water. Teachers were advised to focus on recognizing students’ thinking and assigning marks rather than pointing out mistakes.
Proper evaluation is crucial to ensure talented students are not disadvantaged. Each teacher is assigned to evaluate 40 answer sheets daily, with a warning of disciplinary action for those who fail to fulfill their duties. Transparency in evaluation is emphasized to avoid any issues.
The evaluation process should prioritize students’ well-being. Social science teachers were instructed to attend the evaluation the following day. Various officials, including Exam Conducting Officers and Supervisors, were present at the evaluation center to oversee the process.
