The MLA shared that the government is also planning to revamp 65 ITI colleges across Telangana. These colleges will be transformed into advanced training facilities to better prepare students for the job market. As part of this effort, IT Minister Duddila Sridhar Babu will lay the foundation stone for the upgraded ITI and Skill Development Centre in Mahabubnagar on October 23.

Mahabubnagar ITI will offer six new courses in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This collaboration aims to provide students with up-to-date technology training and job placement opportunities through TCS, ensuring that they are ready for future careers.

In addition to the education initiatives, MLA Reddy announced that statues of Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam and businessman Ratan Tata will be installed at the district collector’s office. He praised Ratan Tata for his philanthropic contributions and highlighted how both figures serve as role models for future generations.

The MLA also discussed infrastructure improvements in the region. He confirmed that Rs 15 crore has been allocated for road connectivity projects in Hanwada mandal and other nearby areas to improve transportation links.

Finally, Reddy touched on the inauguration of a Navy radar center by Union Minister Rajnath Singh in Damagundam, located in the Rangareddy district close to Mahabubnagar. He explained that Hyderabad and its surrounding areas are considered safe, which is why the central government decided to establish the radar system there. The Navy radar can monitor enemy activities over a range of 2,500 kilometers.
