Giuliani, Trump's Lawyer, Faces Sexual Abuse Lawsuit for Requiring Satisfaction

Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, is being sued for $10 million by his former associate, Noelle Dunphy. She accused him of sexual assault and harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct. Dunphy claimed that Giuliani demanded oral sex while he was on the phone with high-profile clients, including former President Donald Trump. He also allegedly asked her to undress during work and made sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks during alcohol-fueled rants.

Dunphy’s lawsuit also included a startling allegation that Giuliani told her he was selling pardons for $2 million and would split the money with Trump. Giuliani’s legal team denied the accusations and called them pure harassment and an attempt at extortion. Giuliani’s law license is suspended, and he is facing several lawsuits. He played a role in Ukraine, attempting to find dirt on Trump’s rival, and also tried to overturn the 2020 election. He is at risk of criminal indictment.

The incidents involving Dunphy occurred in 2019 when Giuliani hired her as his director of business development for $1 million a year plus expenses. According to the lawsuit, Giuliani demanded sexual relations with Dunphy and required her to satisfy him anywhere and anytime. He also demanded that she work naked or in a bikini and attend work-related conference calls while undressed.

Giuliani’s behavior is not acceptable, and Dunphy deserves justice for the alleged abuse she endured.
