Hyderabad: Metro Stations Now Offer Health Services
Hyderabad Mayor, Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, expressed her pride in the availability of health services at metro stations in the city. She made this statement during the inauguration of a new Health Clinic at the LB Nagar Metro station on Sunday.
The Mayor, along with senior metro officials, inaugurated the clinic located at the station. Following the event, she took a ride on the metro. The clinic, named Poly Health Clinic, has been launched under the management of Mitta Excellence.
During the ceremony, Mayor Vijayalakshmi highlighted the range of medical services that would be available at the clinic. These include blood test diagnostics, access to medical specialists, a medical shop, physiotherapy, telemedicine services, and dental care.
Dr. Mitta Srinivas Reddy, the chairman of Mitta Excellence, shared that the LB Nagar clinic is just the first of many. He announced that more clinics will soon open in Miyapur and Raidurgam metro stations. Additionally, 21 medical tests, such as haemoglobin and vision tests, will be offered for free at these clinics.
