Karimnagar: BC Welfare Minister Gangula Kamalakar performed Bhumi Pooja for the newly sanctioned sub-station construction works value Rs 5.5 crore in Thigalaguttapalli and Khajipur villages in Karimnagar body of voters on Friday.
