To ensure the smooth immersion of large-sized Ganeshas, the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) arranged 24 cranes and two hydraulic machines at the immersion points. Safety of the devotees was given utmost priority according to Mayor Gundu Sudharani.

The authorities also took measures such as barricading, cranes, generators, fire tenders, high-mast lighting, and deployed 50 expert swimmers at all tanks. Life jackets and 48 dinghy boats were made available as well. Additionally, 1,050 police personnel were deployed to ensure the orderly conduct of the nimajjanam. One-way traffic was enforced by the police to prevent congestion and CCTV cameras were installed at key points and designated immersion tanks.
