Hanumakonda: G. Venkataswamy, fondly known as “Kaka,” was a leader who dedicated his life to public welfare. His remarkable contributions and sacrifices for the people make him unforgettable, said KR Nagaraju, the MLA of Vardhannapet constituency.
At a memorial event held at Tank Bund in Hyderabad, Kaka’s legacy was honored. His son, Chennuru MLA Gaddam Vivek Venkataswamy, along with Nagaraju, paid their respects by offering floral tributes at his statue.
Speaking at the event, Nagaraju praised Kaka for his lifelong commitment to helping the underprivileged. He described him as a leader who worked tirelessly for the welfare of the poor, especially the most vulnerable. Recalling his nickname, “Gudise Venkataswamy,” Nagaraju said Kaka will always hold a special place in the hearts of the people.
