District administrations in Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Gadwal, Warangal, and Mulugu are preparing to celebrate Telangana Formation Day at their Integrated Collectorate offices. The offices and landmarks are decorated with festive lights for the occasion.
Telangana Formation Day marks the creation of Telangana as the 29th state of India. In Mahabubnagar, the day will start with tributes, flag hoisting, and cultural activities. At 8:20 AM, Additional Collector Shivendra Pratap will pay homage at the Martyrs’ Memorial. The national flag will be hoisted at 9:00 AM at the Integrated Collectorate.
The district administrations invite the public to join the celebrations. The collectorate premises are already decorated with colorful lights. In Mulugu, District Collector Ila Tripathi announced that all preparations have been made for the celebrations on June 2 at the Collectorate.
