Fourth City to impress residents with advanced smart facilities

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has a big plan to develop Hyderabad into a futuristic metropolis while preserving its traditions. His vision includes creating a “Fourth City” with modern transport, eco-friendly buildings, and a smart living environment.

After Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Cyberabad, the Fourth City is planned to be built at Mucharla. This new city will have top-class entertainment, art and cultural centers, advanced sports facilities, and luxury hotels and resorts. It is designed to be a symbol of modernity and progress under CM Revanth Reddy’s leadership.

Government officials say this will be India’s first “Net-Zero Future City,” meaning it will focus on sustainability and smart urban planning. The city will have world-class infrastructure, modern technology, and a clean, pollution-free environment, making it one of the most advanced cities in the world.

The new city will cover 765 square kilometers and include 56 villages between the Srisailam and Nagarjuna Sagar highways. This large-scale project is carefully planned to encourage innovation and boost economic growth.

To oversee the project, the government has set up the Future City Development Authority (FCDA). The city will have multiple transport options, an electric public transport system, and eco-friendly buildings, ensuring a green and sustainable way of living.
