Four Women Reported Missing at Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj
Four women have been reported missing during the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Out of the missing women, two are from Jagtial town, and the other two are from Nirmal district in Telangana.
The missing women have been identified as Pedda Bellal from Kadem mandal in Nirmal district, Bellapu Satyava from Upparigudam village, and Enugula Butchaval from Kalleda village. Two others, Adirajvva and Veerla Narsavva, are from Jagtial district.
These women, along with eight of their relatives, left Jagtial on January 20 by bus to attend the Maha Kumbh Mela. After arriving at Prayagraj and getting down at Pagtiala, the group went for a holy bath. It was during this time that the four women went missing.
The remaining eight family members searched for the missing women but were unable to locate them. After failing to find their whereabouts, they informed other family members back home about the situation.
The news of the missing women has left their families deeply worried. Meanwhile, the relatives who are still at the Kumbh Mela have filed a complaint with the local police in an effort to find the missing women. Family members are anxiously awaiting any updates on their loved ones.
