The Collector announced plans to train interested women in successful programs that have been implemented in Coimbatore. These training sessions aim to equip women with the skills needed to manage various businesses and become self-reliant. He expressed hope that women’s groups in the district would set an example for others in the state by excelling in their endeavors and becoming role models. The building, which is expected to be completed by September, will feature modern facilities and training programs to support this mission.

Local MLA Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy expressed his happiness over the launch of the project, which will be constructed on a 1-acre 15-gunta site. He highlighted government efforts to assist women through initiatives like providing solar units and offering subsidized loans through banks. These measures are designed to help women achieve financial stability and independence.

The MLA also encouraged women’s groups to explore opportunities in sheep rearing, poultry farming, and fish farming as viable ways to improve their financial standing. He noted that the new building would serve as a valuable resource, offering facilities and spaces for daily operations, training, and empowerment programs. This project represents a major step forward in creating opportunities for women in the district.
