    Hyderabad:

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has started ‘Praja Seva Kendras’ in all its wards. These centers help citizens communicate with government officers and get information about government schemes. People can also ask about the schemes and apply if they are eligible.

The main aim of these kendras is to make government services more accessible to the public. By decentralizing and restructuring services, GHMC wants to encourage more citizen participation. These centers help people understand and apply for various government schemes.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications at these centers. This brings the administration closer to the public, offering better civic services. A senior GHMC official mentioned that people can apply at the nearest PSK.
