Hyderabad: Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender highlighted the importance of the Indian lifestyle and traditional foods in boosting immunity. He encouraged people to value cultural traditions instead of embracing fast-food habits like pizzas and burgers.

Speaking at the anniversary and graduation ceremony of DEVS Homeo Medical College on Monday, the MP praised India’s achievements on the global stage. He noted that India ranks third after the US and China in terms of political, economic, intellectual, and military strength. He urged young people to adopt a mindset of limitless possibilities, reminding them that “impossible” should not be in their vocabulary.

Eatala also emphasized India’s global contributions, particularly in medicine and technology. He pointed out that Indian doctors, IT professionals, and intellectuals are among the best in the world, excelling in regions like America, Europe, and the Gulf. During the COVID-19 pandemic, India not only managed the crisis effectively but also emerged as a key supplier of vaccines worldwide. He assured that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India is on track to reclaim its position of global prominence, despite challenges and conspiracies against its progress.

The MP stressed the importance of practical knowledge alongside theoretical education, especially in fields like medicine. He remarked that as long as humanity exists, medicine will remain essential. Referring to the saying “Vaidya Narayana is Harih,” he likened doctors to divine figures and urged them to approach their profession with a service-oriented mindset rather than prioritizing financial gain.
