Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) obtained an excellent action from the e-auction of land parcels, as the government obtained Rs 195.24 crore profits from the 9 land parcels in Ranga Reddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri as well as Sangareddy areas.
The e-auction used up by the Central government’s MSTC on Wednesday obtained an excellent action from the prospective buyers. With the excitement revealed by the real estate business owners, one square lawn of land was cost Rs 1.11 lakh in the public auction. Officials stated the notice for the 2nd stage of public auction would certainly be launched after 3 days.
According to the authorities, in the early morning session the 3 roaming little bits gauging 12,584 sq lawns auctioned in Ranga Reddy brought Rs 98.01 crore for a distressed cost worth of Rs 82.76 crore. Similarly, for Medical-Malkajgiri 4 little bits gauging 12,160 sq lawns, the HMDA obtained RS 62.09 crore for a worth of Rs 55.30 crore. In the mid-day session, 2 little bits gauging 7,986 sq lawns brought 35.14 crore for a distressed worth of Rs 8.20 crore.
